Below, some basic statistics are provided in order to give you an idea about patients we have already successfully treated.
The statistic includes all cats who have received a complete treatment cycle, at least three vaccines. Please note, only cats are included in the statistic that have already died. This allows us to determine the time span between the first vaccination and the time at which the cat deceased.
In the columns, the average time span in days since the first vaccination is represented as well as the median and the standard deviation. Please note, these are only preliminary results, these patients are not part of a study. Also, since the prerequisites of cancer patients are very different, these figures can only serve as a limited orientation. We recognize that various patients could only be treated palliative.

Kann die dendritische Zelltherapie meiner Katze mit Krebs helfen?
Die Behandlung mit dendritischen Zellen kann die Lebenserwartung von Katzen mit Krebs deutlich erhöhen und führt in vielen Fällen zu einer „Revitalisierung“ des Patienten. Im Gegensatz zur Chemotherapie wird die Katze dabei nicht destabilisiert, sondern ihr Immunsystem wird durch die Behandlung gezielt unterstützt — sie kann damit eine sinnvolle Behandlungsoption sein, die mit dem eigenen Tierarzt besprochen wird.
Welche Katzen sind in der Behandlungsstatistik erfasst?
Die Statistik umfasst alle Katzen, die einen vollständigen Behandlungszyklus erhalten haben, das heißt mindestens drei Impfungen. Einbezogen werden dabei nur bereits verstorbene Katzen, weil sich so die Zeitspanne zwischen der ersten Impfung und dem Todeszeitpunkt bestimmen lässt; angegeben werden die durchschnittliche Zeitspanne in Tagen sowie Median und Standardabweichung.
Wie aussagekräftig sind diese Statistik-Zahlen?
Es handelt sich um vorläufige Ergebnisse; die Patienten sind nicht Teil einer Studie. Da die Voraussetzungen der Krebspatienten sehr unterschiedlich sind, können die Zahlen nur als begrenzte Orientierung dienen — zumal manche Patienten nur noch palliativ, also lindernd, behandelt werden konnten.
